An unopened folder where I can place PNG image on top

So folder is "framing" image and have the "tab" with 3-5 circles to be filled with colors when needed. For instance one color might be for urgent, one color might say it's been completed, one color may be used to show it has been transferred or shared, one color for rank of choice or percentage of work done,or if it has been used in a project, etc. Example...I have set my PC to show the preview file of the graphics contained within that folder as long as the preview is named folder BUT I so wish the tab had these above mentioned circles that I could apply those needed bits of information about the folder. It's like street lights, it tells you what you need to know and would be useful for any type of folder with tabs.! The 'unopened" folder provides more space to see the whole preview and square folders would be perfect for artists, graphic designers and scrapbooking projects. PS it would be nice if your program could find all the icons on the computer, copy them and create a folder "outside of program' that you can choose which ones you want for creating a new folder to install in the app. Thank you for your time and hope I will see this in the future.
